Sanction Statement
Wertex GmbH is strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly supplying machinery, spare parts and consumables to sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals under OFAC, EU, and banking sanctions. Customer is supposed to be aware of these restrictions and also agrees not to facilitate such transactions. Sanctioned countries: Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba (last updated 1-3-2024).
We take significant care and diligence in overseeing our dealings with certain regions to ensure that we do not accidentally violate sanctions regulations.
Moreover, we explicitly forbid the direct or indirect financing of our machinery and equipment by countries, companies, or individuals that appear on sanctions lists. It is critical for us to ensure that our operations do not support any activities that could undermine the integrity of international sanctions regimes.
By doing business with Wertex GmbH, our customers acknowledge and agree to comply with these standards. They confirm that they will not engage in any activities, directly or indirectly, such as sales, financing, or facilitation, that would breach sanctions regulations.
